At Fiore Labs, we want your skincare and haircare essentials to reach you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy below for details on delivery timelines, charges, and tracking.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we're working on expanding to serve customers worldwide soon.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Remote / Rural Areas 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date of order processing, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your shipment's real-time status.

6. Payment Method

We currently accept prepaid orders only (Cash on Delivery is not available). This helps us maintain fair pricing and invest in product quality and packaging.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at fiorelabs23@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 62820 53628 with your order number, and we'll investigate with our courier partner right away.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at checkout. Fiore Labs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or leaking package, please do not accept the delivery, or if already accepted, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. Refer to our Return Policy for next steps.
