Share your Order ID + photos or unboxing video showing the issue.

Our team reviews and responds within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we arrange pickup. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Refunds

Refund Timeline

  • Refunded to original payment method only — no store credits or coupons
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 working days
  • Credit / Debit card: up to 7–10 working days (depends on your bank)
  • Email confirmation sent once refund is initiated
Cancellations

Order Cancellation

Cancel only before the order is shipped — email or WhatsApp us with your Order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refund processed within 5–7 business days.
