If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following terms apply to any products purchased from us at Fiore Labs.

Order Cancellation Rights

• You can cancel your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.
• The cancellation period is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods using the same payment method as the original Order. No fees will be incurred for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, ensure:

• Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
• Goods are in their original packaging.
• Goods have not been used.

Non-returnable Goods:

• Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
• Goods that are perishable or have expired.
• Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Only regular priced Goods are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods. Return the Goods to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

• If Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned product is received.
• If Goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
