Provide us with your order ID and your concern regarding your order. Kindly email(support@fiorelabs.com) or WhatsApp us +916282053628 images and Video of the damaged product & the order number for our reference.
Step 3
We will arrange a pick up within 1-2 business days. Any refunds or replacements shall only be initiated after receiving the products along with its original packaging, bubble wraps, labels and barcodes intact & in the state they were delivered. If any of the above is tampered, you are only eligible for partial refund against the item.
